Do you charge clients for consultation?
The first discovery consultation is free. Any advisory or transaction fee is discussed transparently and agreed in writing before we proceed.
How do you verify that a property is legally safe?
We check title flow, encumbrance certificate, layout and building approvals (HMDA/GHMC/RERA where applicable), tax receipts and the developer's delivery record before recommending any asset.
Can NRIs buy property in Hyderabad through you?
Yes. We manage remote buying end to end — video site visits, legal vetting, power of attorney drafting, banking and repatriation guidance, registration and ongoing property management.
Which banks do you work with for home loans?
We compare offers across leading public and private lenders and NBFCs, then help you apply with the lender that fits your profile on rate, tenure and processing speed.
How long does a home loan sanction usually take?
With complete documentation, most salaried applications are sanctioned in 7–15 working days. Self-employed profiles typically take slightly longer.
Is open land a better investment than an apartment?
Land generally appreciates faster but generates no rent and needs active monitoring. Apartments offer rental yield and easier financing. We model both against your holding period before advising.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We assist with documentation and follow-up for claims on policies arranged through us, for the full life of the policy.
